How will you ship my order?
UK: Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
Europe & Rest of World: International orders we use Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked and Signed. For parcels over 10kg we use the courier Fedex.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. We are in located in England, UK.
*PLEASE INCLUDE THE DATE YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY IF IT IS URGENT* in delivery notes, during checkout. We will advise if you need to change your shipping option.

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked (3-5 working days) = £3.49 or FREE for orders over £50.

International Standard NOT TRACKED (1-2 weeks) = £3.99
International Signed & Tracked: (5-7 working days) = £10.99
Order weight 2kg +
International Standard NOT TRACKED (1-2 weeks) = £12.00

What if my order doesn't arrive?
UK - If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
Europe - If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks Rest of dispatch, please contact us.
Rest of World (inc United States) - If your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks of dispatch, please contact us.
I've received my order but I've changed my mind, can I return it?
We are human too and sometimes change our minds, so YES :D you can return your order, please make sure it is well wrapped, so the order won't be damaged in the post, the item is UNUSED and in the same condition it was send to you in. Let us know you're returning it, we'll refund the order as soon as the parcel has been received. We cannot at this time cover return shipping costs.
We cannot accept the return of Sprinkles due health and safety, as they are a consumable product.
My order has arrived incorrect or damaged, what do I do?
Please email us as soon as you receive the incorrect order, and if an item is damaged please include a photo of the damage and we'll get it made right as soon as possible. Either reply to your dispatch email or contact us here. Please include your order number, name and shipping address in the email.
Our products make great gifts, we are happy to wrap your order as a gift and include a personal message on a gift card, at NO extra cost. We can even ship straight to your friend.
If you'd like the order sent straight to your friend for their birthday or Christmas, please use their shipping address when checking out, and include your special message, in the message box, so we know it is a gift.
Subscriptions
Payment is taken on the 1st of the alternate month.
Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel the subscription at any point, your last payment received will be the last box which is shipped. Due to the nature of the subscription we cannot refund payments already received. Once a subscription has been cancelled any paid orders will be fulfilled. E.g if payment is made on the 5th April, cancellation requested on the 10th April, the last box to ship will be the 12th April.
Once a subscription has been cancelled it can be re-activated at a later date by a customer request.
Going on holiday? Subscriptions can be paused or miss a month, just email or update from your customer account.
Subscription Returns or Damaged or Missing
If your subscription box arrives defect or damaged or does not arrive at all, please email via the link below as soon as possible.
Discount Codes
We have the right to cancel or change discount codes at any point. Discount codes are not valid on Sale items or Bulk Bags of sprinkles, as they have been heavily discounted already.
If the code is not working, please check it has been entered correctly, it is case sensitive. If it's still not working, it could have expired or not be valid on the items in your shopping basket.
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase, they will not be applied after payment.
