Can you believe it’s December already?! And that only means one thing… Christmas! Whether you’re vegan or non-vegan, we have some delicious baking ideas for you to try this festive season in our first Christmas blog of the year.

Vegan Rose Turkish Delight

Nothing says Christmas like some Turkish Delight, and this melt-in-your-mouth vegan rose incarnation will not leave you disappointed. It’s pretty easy to make and will be sure to impress guests as most people just buy it from shops. It takes around 6 hours and will serve 36 pieces.

 

Vegan Christmas Pudding

Next up we have this fruity vegan Christmas pudding. There is nothing better to round off a hearty Christmas meal than a slice of Christmas pudding with custard and this particular recipe will not disappoint. It takes around 4 hours 20 minutes to make and will serve 6 people.

 

Easy Homemade Gingerbread Marshmallows

Third on our list we have these mouth-watering vegan gingerbread marshmallows. The spongy texture on these is ridiculous with strong and sweet gingerbread flavouring really cutting through. This recipe takes around 25 minutes to make and will serve 20 marshmallows.

 

Vegan Chocolate Mousse Pops

Next on our vegan Christmas list we have these simple, yet delicious vegan chocolate mousse pops. They are made from aquafaba (aka chickpea brine), non dairy chocolate and your choice of sweeteners (eg. maple syrup). They can be made in around 20 minutes and will serve 4 to 5 people.

Vegan Eggnog

The final bake we have on our vegan Christmas list is this delightful recipe for vegan eggnog. This gluten, dairy and egg-free recipe is made from simple ingredients such coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and produces a really authentic, tasty flavour. It can be made in around an hour and will serve 2.
