GBBO Blog - Pudding Special

by Owen Redford

GBBO blog time! Episode 5 of the Channel 4 series saw us welcome back an old favourite; pudding week. The bakers were tasked with making steam pudding for the signature, molten peanut butter puddings for the technical and a trifle terrine for the showstopper. Sophie was also crowned star baker and sadly we had to say goodbye to James as he left the show.

This week’s blog is focused around the pudding theme with some of our favourite bakes from around the web. Tuck in and enjoy!
