With the worst of the winter whether hopefully behind us, we can now start looking forward to Spring time. That means one thing for us bakers; Easter! Crème Egg Cookie Bars

Next up we have these Crème Egg cookie bars (Not quite a cookie but close enough!). These gooey bars look amazing and are be super satisfying. They can be made in around an hour and will serve 16.

Malted Milk Speckled Egg Cookies

The final bake on our Easter cookie list are these super cool malted milk speckled egg cookies. The blue colouring really stands out and the malted milk base is really tasty. This recipe can be made in around an hour and a half and will serve 50.
