For many people (us included), pancakes day is welcomed with open arms! It comes in a time when February where the weather is a bit miserable, Christmas seems like forever ago and Summer is still way ahead in the future, so this day where it seems perfectly normal to eat 8 pancakes in one sitting is pure bliss.
